We hope that the selected youth will be confident enough to participate fully in the workshops/events

Acknowledgments:

I will help fundraise with SJFC, We can organize community events to raise the necessary funds. It will be a fantastic way to bring everyone together, build excitement for the conference, and support our fellow attendees.
I understand that I will be responsible for purchasing my own food, keep sakes, and personal shopping.
I understand that the flights and accommodation will be purchased by SJFC. Although if I choose to take more than the airline allotted baggage I will be responsible for paying the additional baggage fees.
I understand that all participants are expected to behave in a respectful manner and maintain sobriety during the conference dates.
I understand that if I am over the age of 18, I will need to get a Criminal Record check before the end of January 2026. This is to ensure the safety of all participants and is required by the GOV conference hosts.
